No Time? No Clue? No Problem - Your Cookbook Starts Here.

Less overwhelm, more outcome. You won’t have to figure it out alone - I’m with you every step of the way.
For chefs sitting on a goldmine of dishes but overwhelmed by where to start - or who simply don’t have the time or headspace for another project - this service steps in as the behind-the-scenes partner. Like a sous chef for publishing, it handles the organizing, communication with the publishing team, scheduling meetings, and all the heavy lifting to get that cookbook done without the stress. Life gets easier, income gets a boost, and a lasting legacy takes shape.

Go From:

  • Feeling lost about where to even begin with the cookbook project
  • Overwhelmed by the endless to-dos and juggling a busy schedule
  • Stuck in “someday” mode with no clear plan or progress

To:

  • A manageable schedule that fits smoothly around your kitchen and life
  • A clear, organized to-do list outlining each next step toward your cookbook
  • A solid plan in place, bringing your cookbook closer to shelves and homes every day

Sounds good, right?

Where culinary creativity meets get-it-done energy.

My love of food started early, standing on a stool in my grandma’s kitchen, learning that great meals (and life) begin with a little butter and a lot of heart. That passion took me through culinary school, into professional kitchens, and all the way to Melbourne, Australia, where I cheffed down under. I’ve cooked for intimate dinners of four and large-scale events for 200, and even had the incredible experience of working with celebrity chef Nettie Frank at the Masters Tournament.

But beyond the food, I’ve always been the one who gets things done. Years of running my own businesses and even a stint as a teacher taught me how to organize chaos, juggle moving parts, and bring big ideas to life - on time and with style. I live for a good checklist, a well-structured plan, and the satisfying sizzle of something coming together just right.

Let me break this down for you:

1. It’s going to take longer than you think.
It’s not a weekend project. It’s a real process, and rushing it usually means regretting it later.

2. It’s going to feel personal - and a little emotional. This isn’t just a collection of recipes. It’s your story, your style, your legacy. And bringing that to life can stir up all kinds of feelings: pride, pressure, excitement, even self-doubt. That’s totally normal.

3. You don’t have to do it alone. Most chefs hit a wall trying to juggle their kitchen, life and a book project. The good news? You dont need to do it alone. With the right help, your cookbook can actually get done - without burning you out.
